Today I am sharing one of my all-time favourite dishes — Anglo-Indian Fish Molee — a beautiful blend of European techniques and South Indian flavours, inspired by Mrs. Bridget White’s award-winning Anglo-Indian recipes. Serve this creamy, flavourful curry with rice, appam, or porota and enjoy the magic of tradition on your plate. 📞 Contact for orders / queries: 6291834357 🕚 Mon–Sat | 11 AM – 7 PM --- Ingredients Bhetki fillet / Katla / Rui / Mrigel pieces Salt & turmeric (for marination) White oil Whole black mustard Curry leaves Long sliced onions Chopped ginger & garlic Tomatoes Green chillies Coriander powder Red chilli powder Pepper powder Turmeric powder Vinegar Thick coconut milk --- Method 1. Marinate fish with salt & turmeric; fry lightly and set aside. 2. Temper oil with mustard seeds & curry leaves. 3. Add onions and fry till golden. 4. Add ginger, garlic, tomatoes, green chillies, and salt; sauté till soft. 5. Add spices + water; cook till oil separates. 6. Add vinegar; cook again till oil releases. 7. Add thick coconut milk & curry leaves; bring to boil. 8. Add a little water, then gently add fried fish. 9. Simmer till gravy thickens.
