Keep the batter well for 5–7 minutes to make the vadas light and fluffy. Heat oil in a pan and fry small vadas until golden brown. Soak the fried vadas in lukewarm water for 15–20 minutes. Then gently press to remove any excess water. Mix the yogurt with salt, sugar, and a little roasted cumin powder and whisk thoroughly. Place the vadas on a serving plate and pour generously over the yogurt. Add green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and coriander leaves and serve chilled. ✨ Tip: If you beat the batter well, the yogurt vadas will be very soft and spongy. #DahiVada #DahiVadaRecipe #SoftDahiVada #DahiBhalla #DahiBhallaRecipe #ChaatRecipe #IndianSnacks #StreetFood #HomemadeRecipe #EasyRecipe #RecipeVlog #Cooking #IndianFood #FoodLovers #DeliciousRecipe #SummerRecipe #FestivalSpecial #SnackRecipe #DailyRecipe #365DaysChallenge #Day79 #NeetasKitchen #ViralRecipe #TrendingRecipe #Foodie #HindiRecipe #YummyFood #HomeCooking #RecipeChallenge #CookingChannel Snapchat 👻💛 ÷ https://www.snapchat.com/add/neetaski...
