Thank you! 😊❤️ #PaneerThechaParatha #ThechaParatha #PaneerParatha #StuffedParatha #ParathaRecipe #BreakfastRecipe #IndianBreakfast #MaharashtrianRecipe #ThechaRecipe 📝 Ingredients: 2 cups wheat flour 200 grams paneer (grated) 2-3 green chilies 8-10 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 tablespoons peanuts (roasted, optional) 2 tablespoons coriander leaves (finely chopped) 1 small onion (finely chopped) ½ teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon red chili powder ½ teaspoon coriander powder Salt to taste 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional) Ghee or oil for frying 👩‍🍳 Method: Prepare thecha: In a mixer, combine green chilies, garlic, cumin seeds, peanuts, Add green coriander and a little salt and grind coarsely. Make the stuffing: In a bowl, add grated paneer, prepared thecha, onion, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice and mix well. Knead the dough: Add a little salt to the wheat flour and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 10–15 minutes. Roll the paratha: Make a ball of dough and fill it with the paneer-thecha stuffing. Seal the edges and gently roll it into a round paratha. Bake: Bake the paratha on a hot pan until golden brown on both sides. Apply ghee or oil to ensure it is crisp and cooked thoroughly. Serve: Serve hot Paneer Thecha Paratha with yogurt, butter, pickle, or green chutney. 😋 Tip: If you prefer a more spicy flavor, you can increase the amount of green chilies and garlic in the thecha.
