60 Minute HIIT Cardio and Weight Circuit | HIIT, Cardio, Upper, Lower and Abs to Burn 800 Calories
Hey Everyone! In today's video we are hitting another longer workout! This time it's a 60 Minute HIIT Cardio and Weight Circuit. We are following the same format we did during the 1000 Calorie Workout, which was 1 minute of cardio, 1 minute upper body exercise, 1 minute lower body exercise, 1 minute ab exercise. We received some great feedback on that format so we are doing it again. I think it makes the time fly by! Here are the 4 circuits you'll be doing in today's workout: Round 1 Cardio: Frog squats Upper: Squat double dumbbell press Lower: Suitcase squats Abs: Plank tap out Round #2 Squat, leg extension, squat jump -use red band Valley Press Plie pulse squat Seated bicycles Round #3 Skipping Dumbbell crush press Single leg glute step Side plank -30 sec/side Round #4 Fast feet burpee Bicep curl-in and out Curtsy oblique crunch Hip pops with leg extension In the video I talk about not only working on your outer, physical body but keeping that same approach with your inner self.
