With a neutral color palette with pops of color, Olegário de Sá (@olegariodesa_arquiteto) integrated the spaces naturally, favoring lingering and social interactions. The apartment was redesigned from scratch, undergoing profound structural changes and even alterations to the plumbing to fully adapt to the residents' routine, proving that elegance can go hand in hand with well-being and conviviality.
