Hi everyone, how are you all doing? In today's video, we're showing the final delivery of the Atelier Apartment, a 37m² apartment completely transformed by Studio Dotti. Originally with two bedrooms, the property received a new configuration to better suit the resident's lifestyle. The floor plan was redesigned to create a one-bedroom apartment with an expanded living room, bringing more comfort, integration, and a sense of space to everyday life. The project's goal was to create a functional and welcoming home, with a palette of blue, gray, wood tones and subtle touches of terracotta. Each room was carefully planned to make the most of the 37m², a characteristic that is part of the essence of Studio Dotti's projects. The apartment received intelligent carpentry solutions and a compact, yet extremely complete kitchen, with plenty of storage space and practicality for daily life. But the great differentiator of the Atelier Apartment lies in our client's story. Passionate about embroidery, crochet, sewing, and handicrafts, she participated in the apartment's design through her own creations. The living room artwork was designed by her and received special frames with passe-partout to further enhance its prominence in the decor. Next to the TV is a beautiful handmade blue tapestry.
