Tour of the 151m² apartment designed by Trid Design Arquitetura for a couple who had a very special wish: to transform their home into a welcoming space to live family moments, receive children and grandchildren, and create new memories. From the beginning, the project was designed to balance functionality and affection, resulting in fluid, comfortable, and inviting environments. The renovation brought important changes to expand the integration of spaces. The living room was connected to the balcony by removing the window frame and leveling the floors, while sections of masonry were eliminated to integrate the kitchen and social area. In the guest suite, the bathroom was enlarged to accommodate one of the resident's great desires: a bathtub, creating a space dedicated to relaxation and self-care. The project concept is guided by integration, and the layout was carefully designed to encourage interaction and provide a constant feeling of welcome. In the social area, the green block stands out as an organizing element of the spaces, elegantly marking the transition between the living room and kitchen. The neutral palette receives touches of green, present in different elements of the project, such as in the woodwork, the sofa, and the powder room, where the color takes center stage by enveloping the walls and ceiling, creating a striking and sophisticated atmosphere. The island sofa reinforces the integration of the spaces, connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas, while the shelves in the entrance and on the balcony display objects that are cherished by the couple, transforming the decoration into part of the family's history. In the master suite, the layout deviates from the conventional: the bed was positioned next to the window wall to create a more cozy and welcoming feeling, aligned with the proposal to slow down and enjoy moments of rest. With 3 months of planning and approximately 7 months of construction, the result is an elegant, welcoming, and meaningful apartment, where every detail was carefully considered to promote well-being, belonging, and togetherness.
