Dough 2 eggs 1 cup of milk 1/2 cup of oil 2 cups of wheat flour 1 tablespoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of salt Filling 150 g of chopped ham 150 g of chopped or grated mozzarella cheese Fresh herbs to taste Chopped seedless tomato to taste Oregano to taste Preparation Method In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and oil until well mixed. Gradually add the wheat flour, stirring until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough. Add the salt and baking powder, mixing gently. Add the ham, mozzarella, tomato, and fresh herbs. Mix until the filling is well distributed in the dough. Distribute the dough into greased or paper-lined molds. Sprinkle oregano on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 25 to 35 minutes. Remove when golden brown and serve while still warm.
