This is my 4-week sculpt and strength challenge designed to train each muscle group twice per week using a smart, structured system built through variety training. You’ll be combining Pilates, strength, cardio sculpt, and functional training to build lean muscle, improve tone, and increase overall strength. Each week follows a structured split with lower body, upper body, cardio and core, and full body sculpt workouts so you stay balanced while still getting variety. All of the free workouts on YouTube are advanced, continuous, and designed with no downtime. Each session is around 25 minutes and is a complete, effective workout on its own. If you want the full program experience, you can join my Extra Fries Membership for $7.99 AUD per month. Members get an additional 15–25 minute add-on for every workout to increase intensity, add extra burnouts, and take the results to the next level.
