Longer, deeper and more intense than the free days. . WEDNESDAY — Reimagined Best Of (Free + Members) A specially curated workout pulled from the Barlates vault — the best cardio and mat segments hand-picked and assembled with a fresh warm-up and cool-down. Most of you will never have seen this content before. Extra Fries members extension: reimagined balance sculpt segment also pulled from the vault. . THURSDAY — Reimagined Barre & Mat Exclusive (Members Only) A curated best-of Barre and mat exclusive workout — total body cardio stretch and sculpt pulled from the archive with a fresh warm-up and cool-down. A members-only vault experience. . FRIDAY — Back Body Strength (Free) Pull-focused strength training targeting back, posterior chain, hamstrings and glutes with heavier weights. SATURDAY & SUNDAY — Rest Full rest days built into the program intentionally. Recovery is where the results happen. .
