簡易家庭菜《芥蘭炒臘味》| Stir-fried Kai Lan with Chinese Sausage

As autumn and winter arrive, kai lan is at its best, so in this video we’re sharing a simple Stir-fried Kai Lan with Chinese Sausage that you can easily make at home. Stir-fried Kai Lan with Chinese Sausage Ingredients: 600 g kai lan (Chinese broccoli) 2 Chinese sausages (lap cheong) 2 liver sausages 1 piece Chinese cured pork belly some green and red bell peppers 35 g ginger 30 g shallots 20 g minced garlic If there are any dishes you’d like to see, please leave a comment—thank you everyone!
