Welcome to the 「酒滿飯寶 Chef Po」channel! I’m Chef Po, and this is my first YouTube video, sharing simple homestyle recipes with you. Today’s dish is Yangzhou Fried Rice, made with char siu, shrimp, and eggs. In this video, I use zucchini instead of lettuce—cooking at home is flexible, so feel free to use whatever ingredients you like and adjust seasonings to your taste! Note: Home-cooked fried rice differs from restaurants because restaurant woks have stronger heat. At home, take your time to slowly stir-fry the rice to bring out a toasty aroma for that perfect "wok hei" flavor. What dishes would you like to see next?
