If you bake these buns once, you'll use this dough in all your sweet pastries, believe me. So, shall we get started? RECIPE: (This is one serving, in the video I made two servings) 1. Milk - 130 g 2. Dry yeast - 8 g (I wasn't mistaken, 8 grams of dry yeast) 3. Sugar - 130 g 4. Butter (soft) - 60 g 5. 3 eggs (1 yolk for greasing) 6. Flour - 500-550 g 7. Salt - 1/3 tsp 8. Vegetable oil - 1-1.5 tbsp 9. Vanillin This amount of dough will make 17-18 buns. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, until desired golden brown. Use your oven as a guide.
