Ingredients for the dough: 2 eggs, 125-130 grams of milk, 250 grams of buttermilk or kefir, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 11 grams of dry yeast, 60 grams of butter, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and 800 grams of flour. For the filling: 1 kilogram of ground meat, 150 grams of round-grain rice, 4 onions, salt, pepper, and vegetable oil for frying. Grease the top of the pies with: 1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of milk. I baked at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-27 minutes, but adjust according to your oven.
