By using different arrangements, leg extensions can become excellent hip-joint related training using your own weight. This workout video gives you three-level (shallow, right angle, deep) exercises that I actually use when instructing professional athletes. It’s very effective for the hip-joint area, so I hope you add this to your menu. Doing these before lower-body weight training is recommended as well. *This channel introduces entry-level JARTA exercises and philosophy.
