Rakyat Kebagian Mati Lampu, PLN Baru Ungkap Penyebab Pemadaman Bergilir di Jawa

PT PLN (Persero) revealed the cause of the rolling blackouts that affected several areas on Java Island last week. PLN President Director Darmawan Prasodjo stated that the disruptions were caused by primary energy supplies that did not fully meet power generation needs, as well as technical issues at two large power plants owned by the company's partners that were disconnected from the Java electricity system. According to PLN, the electricity system has improved since Sunday, and the rolling blackouts have been minimized. One of the previously disrupted power plants has also been successfully restored and synchronized with the system, and has begun supplying electricity to the Java grid. PLN stated that it has deployed a team with its power plant partners to carry out repairs and strengthen system reliability. The company is also improving the governance of its primary energy supply chain and strengthening power plant operations to maintain stable electricity supply going forward. In its statement, PLN apologized to the public for the inconvenience caused by the rolling blackouts.
