Ingredients and Recipe: A super simple 100-layer bread Brilliant filling and the secret with the scissors Water 300 ml (1.5 cups or 10.1 fl. oz.) Yeast 8 g (2 tsp or 0.3 oz.) Sugar 20 g (1 tbsp or 0.7 oz.) 1. Mix well Yogurt 100 ml (0.5 cups or 3.4 fl. oz.) Butter 40 ml (1/4 cup or 1.4 fl. oz.) 2. Mix well Flour 600 g (4 cups or 21 oz.) Salt 1 tsp 3. Mix well 4. Gradually add flour 5. Knead the dough in the bowl 6. Knead the dough on the table for 5–7 minutes 7. Do you like kneading with your hands? Leave a comment 8. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands 9. Grease a bowl 10. Cover the dough and let it rest for 60 minutes 11. The dough has tripled in volume 12.
