Ingredients: Whole Masoor Dal (Rawan) – 250g, soaked and washed Cooking Oil – 3 tablespoons Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped Tomato – 1 medium, finely chopped Salt – 1 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder – 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder – half tablespoon Lemon Juice – 1 lemon Water – as required Method: 1. Soak 250g of Whole Masoor Dal in water and wash it thoroughly. 2. Add clean water to a pot and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the dal and let it cook. 3. Once the dal is boiled, strain it and wash it again thoroughly. 4. Finely chop the onion and tomato and set aside. 5. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and tomato and cook. Add a little water and cook until they become soft. 6. Add salt, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder. Mix everything well and cook for a few minutes. 7. Add the boiled dal and mix well. Pour in 1 glass of water, cover the pan, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on medium flame. 8. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dal, mix well, and your Rawan Ki Daal is ready to serve! Ek pot mein saaf pani dal ker ubal aane dein. Ubal aane par dal dal dein aur pakne dein. 3. Jab dal ub jaye to chhan ker dobara achi tarah dho lein. 4. Pyaz aur tamatar bareek kaat ker alag rakh lein. 5. Pan mein 3 tablespoon oil garam karein. Kata hua pyaz aur tamatar dalein aur pakayein. Thora pani dal ker naram hone tak pakate rahein. 6. Namak, lal mirch powder aur haldi powder dalein. Sab kuch achi tarah mix karein aur kuch minutes pakayein. 7. Ubli hui dal dalein aur achi tarah mix karein. 1 glass pani dalein, pan ko dhak dein aur darmiyani aanch par 5 se 7 minutes pakayein. 8. Taaze nimbu ka ras nichoren, mix karein aur aapki Rawan Ki Daal tayyar hai!
