Authentic Persian Barbari Bread | Easy Homemade Whole Wheat Bread Have you ever wanted to make authentic Persian Barbari bread at home? In this video, I'll show you how to bake one of Iran's most famous traditional breads using simple ingredients and a stand mixer. Barbari bread is known for its crispy golden crust, soft and chewy interior, and long oval shape. It's perfect for breakfast, sandwiches, soups, or served with cheese, butter, herbs, and tea. 🥣 Ingredients: 350 ml warm water 8 g yeast 10 g salt 500 g whole wheat flour 25 g honey 👨‍🍳 Method: 1. Mix the warm water, yeast, and honey until dissolved. 2. Add the whole wheat flour and salt. 3. Knead the dough using a stand mixer until smooth and elastic. 4. Cover and let the dough rise until doubled in size. 5. Shape the dough into the traditional Barbari loaf and let it rest again. 6. Bake until the crust is golden brown and the bread is fully cooked. 🥖 Barbari Bread vs. Italian Focaccia Although both are delicious homemade breads, they have different textures and flavors.
