Barbari is an Authentic Flat Thick bread from one Iran , in this video i bring my childhood bread to your home . Imagine something like Pala Romana with its own unique Flavor and Character. REcipe : 400G Flour (350G Bread Flour +50G Whole Wheat) 320G Water 80G Starter 8G Salt Wholewheat Glaze : 10G Wholewheat + 60G WAter +1/4 TSP baking soda Microwave for 1 min ( stir every 20 seconds) The consistency should be like a cream . finish it with sesame seeds #sourdough #barbari #bread #baking
