It will burn between 600-1000 calories depending on your initial parameters and the intensity of work. This HIIT workout video is also fun because each exercise is only body weight driven, interesting and varies in intensity and purpose. You get the results quickly at zero cost. It includes a 5 minute warm-up with 45 second intervals followed by a 41-minute total body routine with a great variety of no repeat bodyweight exercises. After the routine you get a 4-minute cool down & stretch which besides bringing down the heart rate “polishes off” the muscles and stretches them for the best results.
