Vines and Flowers – Lampworking / Flameworking – 102.85 – 104 Glass

Hello Everyone! ✨🌹 Today I thought it would be fun to revisit one of my favorite flower designs! If you haven’t seen it yet, be sure to check out 101.94 - Story Flowers, where we make simple three-dot flowers and encase them in layers of clear glass. It’s a wonderful project for anyone wanting to explore 3D flowers while also building confidence with encasement techniques. Lately I’ve been finding so much inspiration in our garden—especially all of the flowers! If you haven’t noticed… 😅 Every day seems to bring a new color or shape that makes me want to head straight down into the dungeon!😅🌺 These aren’t meant to be any particular type of flower—just simple, cheerful blossoms that seemed to grow naturally as I worked. I may have gotten a little carried away with the vines… 😅 but I really love how they weave around the flowers and create a lush background of greenery for them to float on. This bead gives me a little tropical island feeling, with the turquoise blue base just peeking through the vines and flowers. It reminds me of looking through a garden toward the ocean. 🌺💙 I hope you enjoy this project and that it inspires you to take a look around at the beautiful flowers growing wherever you call home.
