Ingredienti per 5 maxi-pizzette. 200 gr di farina manitoba, 200 gr di farina 0, 250 ml di latte intero tiepido, 1 cucchiaio di zucchero, 100 gr d'esubero o 100 gr di lievito madre o 8/9 gr di lievito di birra, 20 gr di burro, 1 cucchiaino raso di sale. Per condire: 40 gr di burro morbido, parmigiano grattugiato, provolone piccante a listarelle. Cottura: forno statico, 200 gradi, x 20'.
