6-Hour Slow Roasted Lamb

🥩 Super Simple Slow-Roasted Lamb Ingredients & Method: Dry Rub (mix in a small bowl) · 3 tsp each: Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder · 2 tsp Smoked Paprika · 1 tsp Mustard Powder · ½ tsp each: MSG, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Mango Powder · ¼ tsp each: Rosemary, Oregano Steps 1. Pat lamb dry with paper towels. 2. Rub spice mix all over the meat. 3. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours if short on time). Aromatics (scatter under the meat in roasting pan) · 2 quartered onions · ⅛ cup garlic cloves · Bay leaves (6–8), cloves (5), cardamom (7), star anise (3), black peppercorns (¼ cup) Cooking 4. Place lamb on top of aromatics in a roasting pan. 5. Cover tightly with foil. 6. Oven at highest temp → bake 30 mins. 7. Reduce to 350°F / 175°C → bake 5.5 hours. 8.
