And this time, Dona Carmem gives unmissable tips for making the PERFECT Arrandinho! #CooksInAction #CookingClass #DonaCarmem Ingredients: For the jerky: 600g desalted jerky Olive oil to taste Grinding butter to taste 4 chopped tomatoes 1 chopped onion 1 chopped chili pepper For the beans: 500g cooked fresh cowpeas 1 chopped onion 2 minced garlic cloves 300g onion farofa (farofa) Grinding butter to taste Olive oil to taste For the milk pirão (porridge): 500ml whole milk 300g raw cassava flour ½ onion with 1 clove 1 bay leaf Salt to taste For the onion farofa (farofa): 200g cassava flour 100g onion 100g butter For the vinaigrette sauce: 1 chopped red onion 2 chopped tomatoes Chopped cilantro and chives to taste Salt Taste Preparation: For the jerked beef: In a hot pan, add the olive oil and butter, add the desalted, diced jerked beef, and brown well. Add the chopped tomato and sauté. Add the chopped onion and brown. Add the chili pepper and season with salt, if needed. For the beans: In a hot pan, add the olive oil and butter and fry the onion. Add the garlic and brown. Add the previously cooked green beans (cooked for 20 minutes in 2 liters of water, 1 bay leaf, and a peeled onion) and sauté. Add the farofa to the pan along with the beans and stir constantly. Season with salt, if needed. For the milk pirão: Add the milk to a saucepan along with the onion, cloves, and bay leaf. Heat until boiling. Remove the onion and bay leaf and add the cassava flour. Stir constantly with a wire whisk. For the onion farofa: In a skillet, melt the butter and fry the onion until golden. Add the flour and stir constantly until golden. Season with salt, if needed.
