Gentle Prenatal Yoga- 20 min ALL trimesters Pregnancy Yoga - Yoga with Yana

Hi Mamas, Welcome back to Yoga with Yana! Today's class is a 20-minute gentle prenatal yoga class. This class will focus on releasing tension from the hips and lower back and on stretching the body safely during pregnancy. This class is safe for all trimesters and can also be practiced during postpartum. As usual, if at any time you feel the need to modify or adjust any poses, please listen to your body and do so. Rest whenever you feel like you need a break. Honor your body and please remember that every pregnancy journey is different and unique. I appreciate you allowing me to guide you through this yoga class during this special season of your life. We also have a full playlist of other prenatal yoga classes that target different areas of the body. We also offer a full postpartum yoga series on our channel to help you gently get back into your yoga practice post-pregnancy.
