Crispy pan-fried pot stickers Homemade dipping sauce Customizable heat level Ready in minutes POT STICKER DIPPING SAUCE RECIPE Ingredients: 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 teaspoons sesame oil 4 cloves garlic, finely minced 1 1/2 tablespoons chili crisp or chili oil 4 teaspoons sugar 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds 4 tablespoons hot water Instructions: Mince the garlic and add it to a mixing bowl. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili crisp, sugar, and sesame seeds. Pour in the hot water and stir until the sugar dissolves. Serve with freshly cooked pot stickers, dumplings, gyoza, or wontons. Pot Sticker Cooking Method Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Place frozen pot stickers in the pan and brown for 2-3 minutes. Add about 1/4 cup water and immediately cover with a lid. Steam until the water evaporates and the pot stickers are fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes more. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
