INGREDIENTS: • 2 slices Texas Toast • 2 eggs • Splash of milk • Homemade vanilla extract (or store-bought vanilla) • Thick-cut bacon • Peanut butter • 1 banana • Honey INSTRUCTIONS: Fry the bacon until crispy and reserve the bacon drippings. Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla. Dip Texas Toast into the egg mixture. Cook the French toast until golden brown on both sides. Slice the banana lengthwise and cut into manageable pieces. Fry the bananas briefly in the bacon drippings until lightly caramelized. Spread peanut butter on both slices of French toast. Layer bacon and fried bananas onto one slice. Drizzle with honey.
