Improve your strength with this gentle mat workout that easy on your joints. All exercises are osteoporosis friendly as well as knee and wrist friendly. It's imperative for everyone especially older adults to be able to move their body in different planes of motion and in different positions other than standing. Give this workout a try, you can even do it in your bed if you are uncomfortable getting on the floor. Ideally you want a firm surface to make sure you stay in alignment.
