自家製ハムの作り方|炊飯器で簡単!放置でしっとり仕上がる手作りハムレシピ!初心者でも失敗なし!おつまみ・サンドイッチにも◎【炊飯器レシピ・簡単レシピ】How to make Ham【料理研究家ゆかり】

This is an additive-free ham recipe that stays moist when left unattended! Even beginners can make this moist, tender, and juicy ham without any mistakes! It's great for snacks and sandwiches. It's so delicious, so please give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (Easy to Make) ・500g pork shoulder ・3 tablespoons shio-koji (salted rice malt) ・4 tablespoons amazake (sweet sake) ・1 garlic clove ・2 bay leaves ・1/4 teaspoon black pepper ■Directions 1. Poke holes in the pork shoulder with a toothpick and tie it with kite string. 2. Cut the garlic in half, remove the sprouts, and grate it into a zip-top bag. 3. Add the shio koji, amazake, and black pepper and mix, then add the meat and bay leaves and marinate in the refrigerator for one day. 4. Remove from the refrigerator and leave to rest in a warm oven for an hour, then remove and wipe off any excess moisture. 5. Double wrap in plastic wrap and place in a zip-top bag, remove the air and seal the top. 6. Boil water in a pot to about 80°C. 7. Place ⑤ and ⑥ in a rice cooker, place a plate on top, and keep warm for 3 hours. 8. Chill the bag in ice water, remove, and leave to sit in the refrigerator overnight. 9.
