Please give it a try! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (3-4 servings) ・Chicken thigh 350g ・Onion 1/2 ・Carrot 60g ・Eggplant 2 ・Bell pepper 2 ・Lotus root 100g ・Black vinegar 3 tbsp ・Water 3 tbsp ・Soy sauce 2 tbsp ・Sugar 2 tbsp ・Mirin 1 tbsp ・Sake 1 tbsp ・Grated garlic 1/2 tsp ・Grated ginger 1/2 tsp ・Potato starch 2 tbsp + 1 tsp ・Salt and pepper to taste ・Frying oil as needed ■Instructions 1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, place in a plastic bag, add ginger, garlic, sake, salt and pepper, rub well, and marinate. 2. Peel the lotus root, cut into 7mm slices, and soak in water. 3. Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces and soak in salt water. 4. Cut the carrots, onions, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. 5. Wipe the moisture off the lotus root and eggplant. 6. Add 2 tablespoons of potato starch to ① and coat the ingredients. 7. Mix water, black vinegar, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of potato starch. 8. Deep-fry the carrots, lotus root, bell peppers, onions, eggplant, and chicken. 9.
