Many people who sit for long periods suffer from hunched backs (kyphosis). A slouching posture can lead to thoracic scoliosis, thoracic compression fractures, and even rib fractures. Additionally, if your back is stiff, your lower back must compensate for the stiffness by moving more, which contributes to back pain. Today, I have prepared some super simple seated stretching exercises to help you develop the right movements for a stiff and hunched back.
