Happy weekend guys! Today I’ll be sharing with you one of Malaysia’s undoubtedly famous recipes but with a twist - a HALAL version Pan Mee! This is one of those dishes that I grew up eating at family gatherings, aunties would be gathered around the kitchen and preparing the dough while indulging a bit of family gossips. Anyway this is how I make this traditional Malaysian dish, just without the gossips! Pan Mee is handmade noodles in a rich anchovy & bone broth, topped with minced chicken, veggie and crispy anchovies - everything from scratch!
