This is a kinesio taping method for pain in the top of the foot (Lisfranc joint). Pain in the top of the foot is often caused by a collapsed arch. Properly supporting the arch often relieves the pain! Prolonged pain in the top of the foot could lead to a stress fracture. If pain in the top of the foot persists, be sure to see a specialist!
