New Year's Eve Gnocchi and Nyetimber on Ivinghoe Beacon
I went to see the last sunset of 2025 from Ivinghoe Beacon, and while I was there I cooked some gnocchi, in a cheese sauce with spinach... Then enjoyed a couple of glasses of Nyetimber (English sparkling wine - much better than Champagne!) whilst watching that final setting sun.
