"Jerk" "Chicken" On the South Downs
This year's instalment of my annual tradition of sitting on the South Downs of a summer evening, cooking some food, drinking some wine, and watching the sunset. This time I make a very inauthentic version of "Jerk" chicken (not really jerk, not really chicken either) and also incongruously sit overlooking some of the fine vineyards of Sussex whilst drinking English sparkling wine... from Dorset.
