Cambiamento: coerenza o incoerenza?

Change: Consistency or Inconsistency? Does change mean being inconsistent? What is consistency? What does it mean to be consistent? To change, to bring about change, means to experience something new and different in our lives. Change moves us from the situation we find ourselves in to a new, unknown situation. Whether it's an idea or something concrete we do, we are constantly changing. So, does change mean being inconsistent? Absolutely not! Only fools don't change their minds. Consistency isn't about not changing your mind; consistency is staying true to your truth, knowing that your truth can change. Remaining the same isn't inconsistency, it's rigidity. And we, as human beings, need change. Often, we fear inconsistency, just as we fear change. We must embrace the fear of inconsistency, precisely because it is a certainty that we are inconsistency: the presence of 50 billion cells within us indicates that we are a universe, and to remain coherent, this universe must move and evolve. To expect to be the same, always the same, is to be dead. Inconsistency at this level is life. And you, how do you experience your inconsistency? How aware are you that it is a fundamental and natural part of life?
