(#83) Answers To All Your Questions For The Easter Break
While I have a short break from work over Easter, this week's video is a Question & Answer session based upon all questions that were added to last week's video. To answer the questions I walk around the house and the exterior and I have added a few pictures and drawings. Other videos that I mention during the Q&A include: video 58 - Previous Q&A session video 22 - About the church videos 20,22,23,25 - History of the house video 36 - Path proposal video 42 - front garden design video 54 - shed contents AND see the post section for layout drawings - - - - chapters - - - - 00:00 intro 00:55 church question 01:48 purchase, budget, future 04:40 outside questions 06:46 walls & mortar 09:34 front garden 10:39 specifics 1 12:26 layout - downstairs 15:12 layout - upstairs 18:15 specifics 2 25:33 outro - - - - about my channel and its videos - - - - My channel is about the renovation and restoration of an old stone house on a hill in Catalunya (North East of Spain). The house is near the Costa Brava and has magnificent views of the forest around it and the Mediterranean Sea. The house has many beautiful old features, including its stone walls, vaulted ceilings, ancient terracotta tiles and many quirky parts added over the centuries. At the moment, I am working on the house on my own as I try to turn it into a dream home in harmony with the nature and culture that surrounds it. The house is not in France or Italy and is not a Chateau or Cabin, but I watch and am inspired by channels that are. Especially Martijn Doolaard and Dan Preston's Escape to Rural France. I love Martijn's style, philosophy and cinematography and Dan's energy, humour and ambition. I'm trying to include some of these attributes in my videos.
