Jess and I spotted this property as we were leaving our last project, and after speaking with the neighbors we quickly realized there was a lot more going on here than just overgrown grass. According to the neighbors, while the house was recently purchased by an investor, very little has been done to maintain the property. They also shared that homeless individuals have repeatedly been seen going through the house and taking whatever they want. As the grass continued getting taller, the neighbors told us there has also been an ongoing rat problem affecting the area. Because of everything happening surrounding this property, one neighbor even told us they would rather see the house bulldozed and rebuilt by someone willing to properly maintain it.
