One of our subscribers actually showed up at our house while Jayy was mowing our own lawn and told us about this property. When we arrived, we found a city notice posted on the home and learned from a neighbor that he regularly has to call the city on surrounding properties just to get them maintained. What we didn't expect was the neighborhood drama that would unfold while we were trying to help. After spending hours on this cleanup, one neighbor came outside visibly intoxicated and accused us of running a con because our truck and trailer had been parked in front of his house for too long. Thankfully, another neighbor stepped in and explained that we were simply there to clean up the property and film the transformation. Later, the same neighbor returned and told us, "If you want a good video, you should cut my $100,000 house in [redacted city]." Jayy politely declined, but it was clear he wasn't thrilled that we'd be there for the duration of the cleanup. Before heading back inside, he left us with one final comment: "I hope your video stinks!"
