Roland & Julianna: A Bicycle Tour Across Europe PART 2: ZEELAND

Leaving the beautiful city of Delft, we head west, along the lush Dutch countryside and through tidy towns, crossing multiple waterways until we reach the our lovely hotel outside the coastal town of Oudoorp. In the morning we ride along coast, and enjoy stunning views of the North Sea. As we cross one of the dams that holds back the sea from this low-lying country, we encounter a major rainstorm which tests our resolve but fails to dampen our spirits. A sunny afternoon dries us off as we make our way into Middelburg, an exceptional town and capital of the Zeeland Province. Every day is an adventure!
