A steep climb out of our Air BnB Farm Stay in Binscheid takes us back onto the trail, and we spend another luxurious day riding through this beautiful region of Germany. By day’s end we roll past an enormous Hops farm, and watch the harvest. Amazing! The Eifel, a gentle uplift along the Belgian and French border, provides ideal bicycle touring and lush, rolling scenery, and we spend the day doing what bicycle tourists do best: enjoying being in the moment.
