Before You Face Your Day, Pray This | Trust God With Every Single Moment

What if the One who knows every hour before you reach it has already gone ahead to clear the path? In this morning prayer we hand the order of the day back to the God who has already walked into every hour of it. We anchor in Proverbs 16:9, where we make our plans but the Lord determines our steps, and we follow it through Proverbs 16:3, the story of Nehemiah praying first and watching God soften a king's heart in a moment he could never have arranged, the surrender of "your will be done" that sits underneath it all, and the promise of Psalm 37:23 that the Lord delights in every detail of our lives. This is a prayer to stop gripping your own timeline, to seek His will over your own, and to walk into the day trusting the God who has gone before you to order every step. It closes with a short guided breathing prayer to release the weight of arranging everything and rest in His will.
