This dish is perfect for weekend family gatherings or special occasions, so please try it along with us while watching the video! 🍶Subscribe to our channel here: → / @kappo_yoshida_ch ■Mizutaki (Chicken Hot Pot) 【Ingredients】 ・4 chicken wings ・1 chicken thigh ・3000cc water ・1/4 head cabbage ・1 bunch enoki mushrooms ・1 white leek ・3 green onions ・1/2 block tofu ・Yuzu pepper paste (to taste) (A) Seasonings ・1 tablespoon chicken stock powder ・2 pinches black pepper ・2 pinches salt 【Instructions】 ① Remove bones and excess fat from the chicken thigh and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces as well. ② Peel the white part of the leek and cut it diagonally into 1cm wide pieces. Remove the base from the enoki mushrooms and separate them. ③ Boil water in a frying pan and blanch the chicken thighs and wings. ④ Place the blanched chicken thighs and wings, and water in a pot and turn on the heat. Once it boils, remove the scum and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. ⑤ Finely chop the green onions. ⑥ Cut the tofu into four pieces. ⑦ After 30 minutes, add water, the seasonings from (A), the enoki mushrooms, and the white leek. ⑧ After about 2 minutes, add the cabbage and tofu and it's done.
