Click here for the recruitment form: https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■Taiwan Ramen (Serves 2) [Ingredients] 200g ground pork, 1/3 bunch chives, 2 cloves garlic, 2 chili peppers, 2 servings of Chinese noodles, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper A (1 tablespoon chili bean paste, 2 tablespoons sake, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce) B (1 L chicken stock, 50cc soy sauce, 50cc mirin) [Directions] 1. Cut the chives into 1cm lengths. Finely chop the garlic. De-seed and finely chop the chili peppers. ② Add sesame oil (1 tablespoon) to a frying pan. Stir-fry the garlic and chili pepper over low to medium heat. Once the aroma comes out, add the ground meat. Season with a little salt and pepper. Stir-fry until the moisture from the pork runs clear. ③ Add only the chive paste (A) first. Once the spicy aroma comes out, add the remaining seasonings. Once the moisture has evaporated, add the chives and stir-fry briefly. ④ Add B to a pot and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, boil the Chinese noodles in a separate pot. ⑤ Place the noodles and soup in a bowl and top with (③).
