Goan Moog Dal Navrio recipe Navrio Ingredients: • 1 cup maida • 1/2 cup moong dal • Cardamom powder • Salt • Ghee • Rava • Powdered sugar • Water • Oil Method: For the filling: 1. Dry roast the moong dal. 2. Let it cool down completely. 3. Grind it into a fine powder. 4. Transfer the moong dal flour to a plate. 5. Add 1/4 cup powdered sugar and mix well. 6. Add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder. 7. Add salt as per your taste and mix. For the dough: 1. In a bowl, add: • 1 cup maida • 1/4 cup rava • A pinch of salt • 2 tablespoons ghee 2. Add a little water and mix to form a dough. 3. Make small balls from the dough. 4. Roll each ball into a small chapati. 5. Add the filling and seal. 6. Deep-fry until golden. 7. Store in an airtight container.
