From Cart to Kitchen: Varon's Culinary Dream at Sur!

This week, we're checking out one of Goa's newest restaurants – SUR Bistro & Bar in Candolim, which had been open for just 15 days when we visited! The reason we came here was to catch up with our friend Varon, whose food cart we reviewed a few months ago. He's now part of the team at SUR, so it was the perfect opportunity to see what this exciting new restaurant had to offer. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The restaurant has been beautifully designed with a relaxed coastal vibe, making it a great place to unwind with friends or family.
