Garlic Cheese Bread Ingredients • Bread • 30 garlic cloves, peeled • 3 tablespoons butter • 1 tablespoon oregano • 1 tablespoon chilli flakes • Salt, to taste • Fresh coriander, chopped • Olive oil • Grated cheese Method 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 2. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan. 3. Add the peeled garlic cloves and fry until golden brown. 4. Remove the garlic from the pan, then crush and finely chop it. 5. In a bowl, combine the chopped garlic with: • 3 tablespoons butter • 1 tablespoon oregano • 1 tablespoon chilli flakes • Salt to taste • Chopped fresh coriander 6. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the bread. 7. Sprinkle grated cheese generously on top. 8. Place the bread in the preheated oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden. 9. Serve hot and enjoy
