Hello everyone, Today I'll show you how to easily make apple horseradish and even preserve it without any loss of quality or flavor. The finished apple horseradish can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks. The acidity of the lemon and the sugar preserve it for this period. Try it out, and in no time at all, you'll have a fantastic alternative to the usual side dishes. Recipe: 3-4 peeled apples Juice of 2 lemons 1-2 tablespoons of sugar 1/2 horseradish root Store in 2 sterilized canning jars, which you should have previously steam-sterilized. It's important that you don't accidentally reach into the jars afterward, otherwise the sterilization will be pointless, and the apple horseradish will spoil or start bubbling.
