Hello everyone! Today I'll show you how to roast your own venison loin at home, perfectly pink and cooked at a low temperature. It's super easy to do. You can find the time and recipe here: 1 kg boneless and trimmed venison loin. Salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary. 1 piece of kitchen twine 1 jar of demi-glace sauce    • Sauce Demiglace - braune Grundsauce bzw. B...   Oven temperature: 90°C (194°F) Cooking time: approx. 60 minutes as shown in the video.
